# International Commercial Contracts

I advise businesses on domestic and international commercial contracts across a range of industries, helping clients structure agreements that are clear, enforceable and aligned with their actual commercial risk.

**Contract drafting and negotiation**

I review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts including:

- Sale and purchase of goods, including general terms and conditions
- Supply and sub-supply agreements
- Distribution agreements
- Domestic works contracts
- Agency agreements
- Licence agreements
- Lease agreements
- Franchising agreements
- Transport of goods

**Working closely with your team**

To make sure the advice fits how a business actually operates, I work closely with in-house counsel and the teams who manage contracts day to day, including purchasing, sales and project management functions. This helps ensure that contracts are not only legally sound, but also practical for the people who will use and rely on them.

**Trade finance and transaction support**

I also assist companies with trade finance and national and international transactions, including:

- Risk assessment for cross-border and domestic transactions
- Claim management in connection with commercial and financing arrangements
- Support with the implementation of national and international transactions
- Identification and mitigation of business risk, including legal and contractual risk
