Professional experience
Elisabetta has gained a significant expertise in construction law especially in the energy industry, advising Italian and foreign clients in the negotiation and drafting of EPC, turnkey, supply and installation contracts for the construction of power plants in Italy and abroad, as well as in all the activities connected thereto.

She has been actively involved in advising domestic and multinational companies for the development and the construction in Italy of power plants from renewable sources, with particular regard to the regulatory aspects. 

Elisabetta has also gained a sound experience in the M&A transactions, including the sale and purchase of companies, businesses and branch of business, as well as in the negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements. This includes also the assistance to foreign banks involved in the project financing of several photovoltaic plants to be built in Italy, from the due diligence exercise on the permits obtained by the developing Italian Companies to the drawing up and the negotiations of the Italian security package.
