Recently he has assisted Italian contractors in construction works to be carried out in Middle East, Russian Federation, South and Central America. He has also gained a relevant experience in disputes and claims management related to construction projects. He advises clients on project development (including the tender phase), in the contractual documents preparation stage and in the claim management phase (extra works, employer's delay, acceleration, reduction of the scope of works, suspension and termination). Giuseppe has also a considerable experience in corporate and insolvency law assisting companies during the restructuring processes and during the entire phase of the main insolvency procedures under Italian Law. Giuseppe has assisted mainly creditors (especially foreign clients) during composition with creditors and bankruptcy procedures of major Italian companies.
